Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of live.papaisoft.com and the PAPAI LIVE service, a product of OOO "PAPAI SOFT" (OGRN 1257800037230, INN 7810978753, ul. Lensoveta 76, Saint Petersburg, Russia). By registering an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

PAPAI LIVE is a director-grade studio for live streams, webinars, and quick video calls with recording. The service is available as a hosted offering at live.papaisoft.com, or as a self-hosted deployment on the customer's own infrastructure — in the latter case the customer is responsible for operation and availability.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

PAPAI LIVE offers a free plan with limits and paid plans with expanded limits and features. Paid plans are billed monthly, processed by our payment provider YooKassa, and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard — access continues until the end of the paid period.

You may not use the service to distribute unlawful content, malware, or spam, or to engage in activity that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law. We may suspend access if we identify such violations.

The PAPAI LIVE platform, its code, and design are owned by OOO "PAPAI SOFT". You retain all rights to content you upload or broadcast through the service (presentations, recordings).

We make reasonable efforts to keep the hosted service running without interruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. For self-hosted deployments, availability depends on the customer's own infrastructure and operations.

To the extent permitted by Russian law, OOO "PAPAI SOFT" is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by writing to s@ppai.info.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved at the registered location of OOO "PAPAI SOFT", unless otherwise required by law.
