Data controller
PAPAI LIVE (live.papaisoft.com) is a product of OOO "PAPAI SOFT" (OGRN 1257800037230, INN 7810978753), registered at ul. Lensoveta 76, Saint Petersburg, Russia. The same operator also runs papaisoft.com and the Telegram channel t.me/papaisoft.
For any question about how we process personal data, write to s@ppai.info or call +7 (993) 983-09-12. The group-level privacy and cookie policy covering our other products and the corporate site is published at papaisoft.com/privacy/ and papaisoft.com/cookie-policy/ — this page describes data handling specifically for PAPAI LIVE.
What we collect
Account data: name, email, password hash, role within your organization.
Usage data: webinar/call metadata (time, participants, scene layouts), uploaded presentations (PPTX/PDF).
Media data: audio and video streams processed in real time through our own LiveKit infrastructure; a composite recording of the broadcast, if you choose to record.
Technical data: IP address, user agent, the `papai_auth` cookie (sign-in presence flag) and `papai_lang` cookie (interface language) — both functional only, with no third-party advertising or analytics data collection.
Payment data (for paid plans): processed by our payment provider, YooKassa; PAPAI LIVE never stores or sees card numbers.
Self-hosted vs. hosted
PAPAI LIVE can be deployed on a customer's own infrastructure (self-hosted) — in that case the customer is the data controller for that installation, and OOO "PAPAI SOFT" has no access to its video, recordings, or accounts unless support access is explicitly granted.
For the hosted service at live.papaisoft.com, OOO "PAPAI SOFT" is the data controller.
How we use data
To provide the service (authentication, running streams and calls, recording, storing presentations), to bill subscriptions, to provide support, to comply with Russian law, and to improve the product.
We do not sell personal data to third parties or use it for third-party ad targeting.
Retention and deletion
Recording retention depends on the account's plan (starting at 7 days on the free tier); recordings past that window are deleted automatically.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to s@ppai.info.
Third-party sharing
Payments are processed by YooKassa. Our video infrastructure (LiveKit) is self-operated — audio/video streams are never routed through third-party SFU providers.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to s@ppai.info. We respond within the timeframe required by Russian law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page; material changes will be announced on the site.
